It is an alcohol-based product that provides fast and effective hygiene of kitchen equipment and other hard surfaces. It is effective against a wide range of microorganisms. It does not require rinsing. It does not cause corrosion in metals.

It cleans bacteria and viruses with its hygienic effect by killing microorganisms. It is an alcohol-based product that keeps the microbial growth at a minimum level, prevents the re-contamination of microorganisms and has a protective feature. It is used in the hygiene and cleaning of surfaces where foodstuffs are processed and in direct contact. It is volatile, does not leave an odor in the food nor spoils its taste.
After the residual waste on the surface to be hygienically cleaned and removed from the environment, it is sprayed manually with a direct sprayer and left on the surface for 1-3 minutes. It is then wiped with a sterile clean cloth.
